花椒粉蒸鴨胸肉 (steamed duck breast with peppercorn powder)

我本身喜吃鴨,因鴨能滋陰,但不太喜歡鴨肉味。 今天試了道蒸鴨肉,很是可口,且調味簡單,有興趣的可以一試。

材料: 鴨胸肉
調味: 鹽、花椒粉

作法:將鹽及花椒粉少量,輕抹鴨胸肉兩邊便可,然後蒸熟。

I love to eat duck meat because it can tone my "yin", according to Chinese medicine.  But, the smell is not that good, and the flavor is a bit dull.  This dish change my mind, since it tastes so fresh and delicious.  And, it is easy to make.

Ingredients: Duck Breast
Seasoning: salt & peppercorn powder

Method:  sprinkle a little bit of salt & peppercorn powder to both sides of the duck meat.  Then steam the dish until the meat is done.
