泡菜大白菜炒蛋



當大家都趕上車,嚷着要吃泡菜來助腸道健康時,我也不忘趁熱鬧,也來個雙菜炒蛋。 紅樓夢的目錄有一個是 "錯裏錯...."  我這道菜也可叫作 "菜上菜"哈哈

做法很簡單:

只要先炒大白菜,再放泡菜續炒,最後下蛋液,炒好。

炎炎夏日吃,很清爽開胃,不愛吃菜的小朋友也會大為流口水。
